Robyn Leoni Abbott
Born 1961 Lives and works in Perth Western Australia
Robyn Leoni Abbott graduated from Central Metropolitan College Perth with qualifications in Theatre Arts and Art and Design. Her skills were primarily utilized in theatre, including Opera Australia, Belvoir Street Theatre and the Sydney Olympics.
After returning to Perth, Robyn began her journey as a fulltime artist.
Robyn is a Perth-based Australian artist celebrated for her playful enthusiasm and vibrant use of colour. She describes her works as "abstract stories," blending observations of the world with introspective reflections. The inherent contradictions in her colourful creations often reflect a blend of pattern, abstraction, nature, and explorations of the human psyche.
